We're seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in consolidated financial analysis and reporting, as well as defining funding needs and sourcing in a group office structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial reports and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across subsidiaries.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data, including reconciliations and eliminations.
- Perform financial analysis across subsidiaries, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Prepare management and board-level reports and develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
- Identify funding gaps and support funding and capital planning, including working capital optimization.
- Support funding sourcing initiatives with BOI, commercial banks, and DFIs, including preparation of proposals and monitoring of loan covenants.
- Ensure compliance with LIRS, statutory, and internal requirements, and support audits and financial controls.
- Provide financial support for investments, expansion, and restructuring, working closely with subsidiary finance teams to improve reporting quality and financial discipline.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
- 7–10 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience working within a Group Company structure, with direct responsibility for Group consolidated reporting and analysis is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in funding planning and funding sourcing, particularly with BOI and commercial banks is required.

- Strong understanding of consolidation and LIRS.
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Knowledge of corporate funding and debt structures.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP).
