Role Overview  

The Head of Finance and Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s financial management, planning, and administrative operations. This role ensures financial sustainability, compliance, and operational efficiency to support the mission of delivering innovative technology solutions in the renewable energy and tropical technology sector.


Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership    

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  •  Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  •  Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize growth.
  •  Coordinate audits and tax compliance with external auditors and regulators.
  • Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.

Administration & Operations

  • Lead administrative functions including HR, procurement, and office management.
  • Develop and enforce policies for efficient operations and compliance.
  • Oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation across departments.
  • Support organizational development through strong governance and reporting systems
