The Head of Finance and Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s financial management, planning, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
Finance Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize growth.
- Coordinate audits and tax compliance with external auditors and regulators.
- Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
Administration & Operations
- Lead administrative functions including HR, procurement, and office management.
- Develop and enforce policies for efficient operations and compliance.
- Oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
- Ensure effective resource allocation across departments.
- Support organizational development through strong governance and reporting systems
