EON Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller / Accountant (IFRS) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full accounting operations, including ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and statutory regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Lead audits and implement internal controls
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification preferred (ICAG, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ghanaian accounting standards
