Role Summary
We are seeking a polished, results-driven Front Desk / Client Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing client experience, supporting front-end sales (frame selection), and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally receive and attend to clients
- Schedule appointments and manage client inquiries
- Assist clients with frame selection and eyewear purchases (sales-focused)
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily reconciliation
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain patient records and support efficient clinic workflow
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is an advantage)

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
