Job Summary: Provide physical support for all construction activities, assisting tradesmen and operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dig, shovel, and carry materials (cement, sand, aggregates).
- Assist masons, carpenters, and steel fixers with tools and materials.
- Clean and prepare work areas.
- Support concrete pouring and compaction operations.
- Perform demolition and site clearance tasks.
Requirements:
- No formal education required, but basic literacy is an advantage.
- Prior construction labour experience is preferred.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and use PPE.
