Position Summary
The Head of Human Resources will serve as the strategic HR leader, responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda across the organisation’s multi-country operations. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business expansion goals, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to scale sustainably while maintaining operational excellence.

The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of strategy and execution, with the ability to design frameworks, influence leadership, and drive consistency across both corporate and field operations.


Key Responsibilities
* Develop and drive the enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with the organisation’s growth, expansion, and operational objectives.
* Lead organisational design and workforce planning to support multi-country scale and operational efficiency.
* Establish and standardise HR governance frameworks, policies, and systems across all operating locations.
* Partner with executive leadership to strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning.
* Drive a high-performance culture through the design and implementation of performance management and accountability frameworks.
* Provide strategic oversight on employee relations, risk management, and compliance across jurisdictions.
* Lead HR integration and change management initiatives in support of business expansion and transformation.


Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Relevant professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.

Experience
* 15–17 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a Head of HR role of a medium to large scale organisation.
