Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Head of People Engineering to lead the transformation of our people operations through technology, analytics, and systems thinking. This role blends HR strategy with engineering principles to build scalable, efficient, and human-centered solutions that enhance employee experience, performance, and organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 People Systems & Infrastructure:
- Architect and optimize HR systems, tools, and workflows to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
- Lead the integration of platforms such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and employee experience tools.
🔹 Data & Analytics:
- Build and manage people analytics frameworks to drive insights on retention, productivity, DEI, and workforce planning.
- Translate data into actionable strategies for leadership and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Process Engineering:
- Apply lean and agile methodologies to redesign HR processes for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
🔹 Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with People, IT, and Business leaders to align people engineering initiatives with company goals.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and employee-centric design.
🔹 Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Establish governance models for people data and system usage.
Required:
* 12+ years leading HR in medium to large companies, of which 5 years are in/with the C-suite, preferably in engineering, manufacturing or tech.
* Strong driver of strategy and business performance through people.
* Proficient in labour laws and developing sound people policy.
