Key Responsibilities 
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth  
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with the 
organization’s business objectives.  
• Drive revenue growth across all business units, products, and territories.  
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments.  
• Lead market penetration initiatives and expansion strategies.  
• Develop pricing, proposal, and negotiation strategies to improve conversion and 
profitability.  
• Monitor sales performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.  
 
2. Team Leadership & Management  
• Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team to achieve departmental and organizational 
goals.  
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales meetings.  
• Mentor and develop sales staff to improve productivity, professionalism, and commercial 
effectiveness.  

3. Key Account & Client Relationship Management  
• Oversee the management of strategic and high-value client accounts.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.  
• Support the resolution of escalated customer issues and service concerns.  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.  
• Lead contract negotiations and major commercial discussions.  
                                                                                                                                     
4. Business Development & Partnerships  
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that support organizational growth.  
• Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches for prospective clients.  
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, conferences, and networking 
engagements.  
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to improve brand visibility and market 
reach.  
 


Qualifications & Experience 
• BSc./HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or 
related field.  
• Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Management are an added advantage.  
• Minimum of 10 years relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.  
• Experience in technology, fintech, mobility, energy, fuel solutions, or related industries is an advantage.                                                                                                              
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
