Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, results-driven Business Development Representative to drive the adoption and growth of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) solutions within the downstream oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across industrial, commercial, and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify & develop new business opportunities for CNG products & services within the downstream sector
. Build & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, transport operators, fleet owners, & industrial users
. Drive sales of CNG infrastructure solutions (conversion kits, refueling systems, gas supply contracts, etc.)
. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial pitches
. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the downstream oil & gas sector
• Strong knowledge of CNG, LPG, or alternative energy solutions is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and market intelligence
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
