Purpose of the Role
To enhance Commercial operational effectiveness by providing clear Route-to-Market direction across various channels, while driving transformation within the Key Distributor (KD) space to enable the business to capitalize on identified growth opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Route to Market
• Conduct analysis to identify Route-to-Market (RTM) opportunities across all channels.
• Determine the resources needed by both the Key Distributors and the business to effectively capitalize on identified opportunities.
• Drive year-on-year growth in outlet coverage through continuous assessment and updating of outlet opportunities.
KD Transformation
• Provide support to Key Distributors through targeted programs designed to reduce their operational costs.
• Provide support to Key Distributors through targeted programs designed to reduce their operational costs.
• Engage with Key Distributor (KD) teams to identify operational gaps and lead the execution of necessary changes to address them.
• Implement and embed KG Gold Standards to enhance operational efficiency and establish a foundation for sustained growth across all KD operations nationwide
Key Requirements – Qualifications, Experience, Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a market research agency and/or working in an FMCG organization
• Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and strong commercial acumen
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across functions
• Proven team player with the ability to work across geographies in dynamic environment
