Job Summary:
The Health and Safety Supervisor will ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing occupational health and safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting safety awareness among staff.
Job Description:
This role involves monitoring workplace hazards, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with both company standards and national safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Provide training to employees on occupational safety practices.
- Investigate and report workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with Ghanaian health and safety laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and hazard control.
