Be involved in assessing and maintaining various HR Systems that covers absence management
Produce daily reports regarding compliance with the Absence Policy, liaise closely with management teams across the Supply Chain and corporate to ensure actions are being completed
Provide administrative support to the business through the running of daily audits, compiling data for further analysis
Make necessary changes to systems as required to ensure correct levels of pay are processed
Produce various letters for sending to colleague

Proficient PC skills, especially in relation to the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Ability to analyse data
