Job Summary:
The HR National Service Personnel will support HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Assist with recruitment and selection processes. 
  •  Support job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination. 
  •  Maintain employee records and HR databases. 
  •  Assist with onboarding activities. 
  •  Support training and employee engagement initiatives. 
  •  Prepare HR reports and documentation. 
  •  Assist with general HR administrative duties. 


Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  •  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 
  •  Ability to handle confidential information.
