Job Summary:
The Insurance National Service Personnel will support insurance operations, policy administration, and customer service activities while developing industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  •  Assist with processing insurance documents and records. 
  •  Support policy administration activities. 
  •  Assist with customer inquiries and service requests. 
  •  Maintain accurate client information. 
  •  Support claims documentation processes. 
  •  Prepare operational reports. 


Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business, or related field. 
  •  Interest in the insurance industry. 
  •  Strong attention to detail. 
  •  Good customer service skills.
