About the Role

 
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused HR Operations Manager to serve as the operational engine of our growing organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will translate business strategy into disciplined day-to-day execution by driving operational excellence, strengthening people systems, and ensuring the organization has the structure, processes, and talent needed to achieve its goals.
 
This role is ideal for an HR leader who has successfully progressed from leading people functions to overseeing broader business operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  •  Drive the execution of the organization's strategic objectives by translating leadership priorities into actionable operational plans. 
  •  Lead and oversee Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. 
  •  Design, implement, and improve operational processes, workflows, and organizational systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  •  Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
  •  Collaborate with department heads to align people strategies with business objectives. 
  •  Develop and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making. 
  •  Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices. 
  •  Support organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and change management programs. 
  •  Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions to improve business performance. 
  •  Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director on organizational performance and workforce planning. 


Requirements

 

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 
  •  MBA or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, IHRMP) is an advantage. 
  •  Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in HR. 
  •  Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Head of HR, or similar role
  •  Strong knowledge of HR operations and people management. 
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
