Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations, ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, and support the company’s growth by building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory regulations
Oversee performance management, staff engagement, and disciplinary processes
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Maintain and optimize the organization’s HRIS and employee data systems
Provide HR advisory support to management and staff
Drive training, development, and culture initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or service industry
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Proven experience using HRIS systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
