KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Handle employee on boarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Provide support in performance management and employee development.
Address employee queries and concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or a relevant field.
A Professional certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
KNOWLEDGE:
Experience with HRIS systems and data management
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
