IT, Data Manager & Analyst

Job Summary:
This role is a hybrid position responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, maintaining software platforms, and analyzing operational data to drive strategic decisions. The officer will also provide first-line technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s delivery management software, databases, and network systems.
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data (delivery times, costs, driver performance) to generate actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for all office and field staff.
• Ensure data security and backup protocols are strictly followed.
• Train employees on new software tools and IT best practices.
• Support the implementation of tracking systems (GPS) for fleet monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, data analysis, or systems administration.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
