We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Managing network and system security
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Maintaining IT equipment and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must reside within La, Teshie, Nungua, Spintex and its environ.
