*IT Support Person*
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing technical assistance, solving problems remotely, and supporting clients effectively.
*Requirements:*
* Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
* Proven experience in remote support and troubleshooting
* A valid driver’s license and ability to drive
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
* Experience with customer care procedures
* Sales experience will be an added advantage
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
* Train and assist clients in using company systems
* Maintain strong customer service standards
