Pupil Lawyer Opportunity

Role Overview
The Pupil will receive practical legal training across the firm’s core practice areas, supporting associates and partners while developing foundational skills in corporate, transactional, and dispute resolution work.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal documents
• Support transaction preparation and execution
• Assist with dispute resolution matters and court filings
• Attend meetings, court sessions, and client engagements where required
• Perform general legal and administrative support tasks

Requirements
• Recently called to the Bar or awaiting placement
• Strong academic background and interest in commercial legal practice
• Good research, writing, and analytical skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
