LEAD EXECUTIVE

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.  
• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and process mapping aligned with business objectives.  
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations (Power Platform, Azure, third-party applications).  
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and deliver end-user training.  
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. Microsoft Certification preferred.  
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).  
• Core Knowledge: Strong functional expertise in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting.
