Job Description
The Logistics Officer will manage workshop logistics operations, including fleet coordination, equipment movement, inventory control, and transport planning. The role ensures smooth movement of equipment and efficient workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate movement of equipment between workshop, yard, and project sites
- Manage vehicle tracking, allocation, and maintenance schedules
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables
- Handle logistics documentation, reporting, and records
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal departments
- Support smooth workshop and operational workflow
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics or workshop operations
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial logistics preferred
- Good knowledge of fleet management and inventory control
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple logistics tasks efficiently
