Job Description:
We are seeking an organized Fleet Officer to manage and maintain our company vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition, support logistics for staff and operations, and maintain accurate fleet records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the company fleet.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and mileage.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet expenses, insurance, and licensing.
• Support operational needs by coordinating transport for staff and assets.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
