Role Overview
We are seeking a Dispatch/Fleet Officer to coordinate daily delivery operations, manage riders/drivers, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role is key to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Assign and monitor deliveries using dispatch systems
• Optimize routes for speed and efficiency
• Manage fleet availability, vehicle conditions, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with riders/drivers and support onboarding/training
• Resolve delivery issues with vendors and customers
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch, fleet management, or operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with basic maintenance of vehicles
