Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations for our water and beverage products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in managing warehouse teams in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and handling of water and beverage products.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor stock movement to prevent losses, damages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient product distribution.
- Supervise loading and offloading of delivery trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor in the water or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff effectively.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
