Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our express delivery services in Ghana. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable delivery services, managing logistics, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, dispatch, and delivery
- Optimize routes and schedules for efficient delivery services
- Lead and develop a team of operations staff and drivers
- Monitor and improve operational performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, customer satisfaction)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve customer experience
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field
- Experience with route optimization and fleet management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
