Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and physically fit individuals to join our production team as Factory Hands. The successful candidates will support daily factory operations, assist machine operators, and help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Assisting machine operators during production
- Packing, labeling, and sorting finished goods
- Cleaning work areas, tools, and factory equipment
- Moving items within the warehouse or production area
- Following safety procedures and company policies
- Reporting faults, damages, or shortages to supervisors
- Supporting other production and warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift heavy items when required
- Basic communication and understanding of instructions
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Must be willing to work shifts if assigned
