JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain accurate stock records and monitor product expiry dates (FEFO/FIFO).
2. Receive, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing stock.
3. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
4. Ensure compliance with FDA, Pharmacy Council and other regulatory standards.
5. Generate timely inventory reports to support procurement and sales planning.
6. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth stock flow.



 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years inventory management experience (pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred).
3. Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and strong Excel skills.
4. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
7. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
