Job Summary
The role also serves as a key link between drivers, management, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth daily vehicle operations.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update fleet records, documentation, and reports.
  2. Ensure proper filing and organization of all fleet-related documents.
  3. Coordinate communication between drivers, management, and other departments.
  4. Monitor vehicle documentation such as insurance, licenses, and renewals.
  5. Support daily fleet operations and administrative processes.
  6. Track and follow up on pending tasks, invoices, and requests.



Qualifications

  1. HND or B.Sc. in Office Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferably in fleet, logistics, or operations).
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  4. Experience with digital filing and record-keeping systems.
  5. Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  2. Ability to manage spreadsheets, logs, and shared files effectively.
  3. Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems.

  2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines and follow up consistently.
  4. Good time management and record-keeping skills.
