RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co‑ordination of fueling operations for vehicles under his supervision
Establishment of cordial working relationship with Fuel vendors to ensure continuity of operations.
Timely retirement of receipts used for fuel purchase
Provision of professional support to drivers and coordinate fleet management operations
Provide timeline feedback to fleet management team and operational support to drivers
Preparing reports to management on fueling activities
Inventory of vehicular travel time logbook
REQUIREMENTS:
Medium to advance competency in Microsoft suites, especially Excel spreadsheets
Leadership skills
Preferably some level of fleet management experience (minimum of 2 years)
Meticulous and analytical thinker
Ability to produce prompt and error free weekly reports
Supervisory skills and managerial abilities
Communication skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
