Daily monitoring and follow-up of shipments from origin to final delivery, including supplier release, transportation, customs clearance, and handover.
Thorough understanding of import requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accuracy of information.
Validation and review of customs documentation, including necessary approvals, with a general understanding of applicable standards and regulatory notices.
Preparation and management of delivery documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is in place for final destination.
Support in transportation cost estimates and logistics inquiries, providing internal clients with timely and accurate information.
Coordination of final delivery stages, optimizing resources and ensuring on-time arrival to customers, regardless of shipment size or mode.
What you bring
At least 2 years of proven experience in import/export compliance activities
Advanced English
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Dynamics) is desirable
Positive attitude, assertiveness, and strong execution skills
Ability to interact and collaborate within and outside the department
Candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, be proactive and be customer focused.
