A reputable company is seeking energetic and hardworking Market Sales Representatives to support the sales and distribution of slippers across market locations in Accra. The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling products, building customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell slippers to retailers and walk-in customers in market locations
- Promote company products and attract new customers
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Collect customer orders and support delivery coordination
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Ensure proper handling and display of products
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS)
- Sales experience is required (market sales experience is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of the slipper or footwear market is an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
- Willingness to work in market environments and on the field
Salary
1,200 - 1,500 GHS
