Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant, supporting the company’s marketing activities while providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. This position requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, discretion, and a good understanding of marketing operations in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors for marketing materials.
• Manage and update marketing content across platforms (website, social media, presentations).
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
• Track campaign performance and maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or executive assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology services is a plus.
