Job Purpose:
The role is accountable for designing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens retail performance, builds a differentiated brand, drives customer loyalty, and enhances the company’s digital and communication footprint across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analyze trends
- Manage brand positioning and messaging
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with teams to create engaging content
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources
- Build relationships with external agencies and partners
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years progressive marketing leadership experience.
- At least 5 years at senior/executive management level.
- Proven experience in retail, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, or consumer‑driven industries.
- Demonstrated success in brand building, retail marketing, and large‑scale promotions.
- Strong exposure to board‑level reporting and executive decision‑making.
