JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that promote the company’s services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business expansion efforts. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to conduct market research, coordinate promotional campaigns, and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s services
  • Support brand visibility and corporate positioning initiatives
  • Coordinate advertising, promotional activities, and awareness campaigns
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend improvement strategies

Market Research & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments
  • Support business development initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s client base
  • Gather and interpret marketing data to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and customer engagement

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support customer engagement and client retention initiatives
  • Assist in handling client inquiries and providing marketing-related support
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities

Public Relations & Communication

  • Support corporate communication and public relations activities
  • Assist in managing the company’s online presence and digital communication platforms
  • Coordinate marketing communication materials including newsletters, presentations, and promotional content
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across communication channels


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or a related role
  • Experience in corporate marketing, branding, or client relationship management will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and execution
  • Knowledge of market research methods and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media communication tools is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software/tools
