Requirements
* A relevant mining qualification.
* Minimum 5 years management experience in chrome mining.
* Strong knowledge of spiral circuits, recovery optimisation, and plant water balance.
* Proven ability to lead teams and control costs effectively.
* Traceable references from chrome operations in Zimbabwe.
