Available Roles:

1. Operations Assistant

• • Help with scheduling meetings, filing documents, entering data, and preparing paperwork to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Track stock levels, help process orders, and coordinate deliveries to make sure everything gets where it needs to go.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to share updates, solve problems, and keep everyone on the same page.
  •  Put together simple reports on how operations are going, including expenses and workflow updates.
  • Look out for areas where things could run more efficiently and share ideas to make processes better.
  •  Make sure all tasks are done in line with company policies and procedures.

1. HR Assistant
   •  Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
   •  Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
   • Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
   • Support in preparing letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
   • Track staff attendance, leave requests, and update records accordingly.
   • Share HR updates, policies, and announcements with employees.
   •  Assist in organizing staff training, workshops, and team-building activities.
2. Videographer
   • Use editing software to enhance footage, add effects, music, and graphics.
   •  Set up and maintain cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
   • Ensure final videos are optimized for web, social media, and other platforms.
   • Organize and store raw footage and completed projects for future use.
   •  Collaborate with the team to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
3. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for events, campaigns, interviews, and promotional content.
4. Video Editor
   • Edit video footage for social media and client content
   • Add animations, subtitles, and transitions
   • Collaborate with the content and marketing team
5. Photographer
   • Take professional photos at events and company shoots
   • Edit and retouch images for digital use
   • Organize and archive photo content
6. Content Creator
   • Develop engaging content for social media and blog
   • Write scripts and captions for videos and posts
   • Stay on top of trends and brainstorm creative ideas
7. Graphic Designer
   • Design flyers, posters, and digital assets
   • Work on branding and visual identity
   • Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
8. UI/UX Designer
   • Design user-friendly interfaces for web/mobile platforms
   • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows
9. Full Stack Developer
   • Build and maintain both front-end and back-end of web platforms
   • Collaborate with team members to deploy functional digital solutions
10. 9. Frontend Developer
    • Develop interactive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JS, or frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
11. 10. Backend Developer
    • Build APIs, server-side logic, and manage databases (Node.js, Django, etc.)
12. 11. Mobile App Developer
    • Design and develop Android/iOS apps using Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin
    •   Build and maintain mobile data applications, services, and backend systems.  
    • 12. Social Media Executive: 
    •  Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    •  Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships and maintain a positive brand image
    •  Support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches through strategic social media activity.
    • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
    •  Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
