ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and general operations, with the ability to multitask and maintain efficiency across departments.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
Coordinate internal communications and support team activities
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
Monitor cash flow and assist with basic financial analysis
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events
Support operational logistics, especially in relation to agricultural and health projects
Support onboarding and general HR administrative functions


REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity and attention to detail
