Responsibilities:
* Onboard new users/customers onto the e-commerce app
* Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively
* Drive app downloads, registrations, and activations
* Provide basic support and follow-up to ensure active usage
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: ₦60,000 – ₦80,000
