We are seeking a high-calibre Operations Coordinator to play a central role in driving operational excellence across our group. This position is designed for a detail-driven professional who thrives in high-performance environments and understands that behind every seamless guest experience is disciplined execution, strong systems, and insightful data.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen operational structure, elevate standards, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints: from kitchen performance to guest experience.
This role goes beyond coordination; it is about owning operational quality, influencing performance, and enabling growth across multiple entities.
What You Will Lead
• Translate operational data into clear insights that drive performance and decision-making
• Uphold and continuously refine SOPs, systems, and service standards
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Optimise cost control, inventory accuracy, and wastage management
• Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen team capability, accountability, and morale
• Support brand activations, guest engagement strategies, and business growth initiatives
• Drive seamless collaboration between Front of House, Kitchen, and support teams
Who You Are
• A structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Highly detail-oriented, with a natural instinct for organisation and follow-through
• Experienced in multi-unit operations, ideally within hospitality or a quality-driven environment
• Confident working across teams and influencing outcomes at different levels
• Passionate about excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field
• 5–10 years’ experience in operations or a similar leadership support role
• Strong understanding of operational systems, reporting, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in data analysis and operational tools
