JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager will oversee a safe, clean, and functional medical booth environment. This role oversees structural maintenance, cleaning operations, and waste management of all booths to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.


EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years in operations, facilities management, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
* Strong understanding of facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and general structural upkeep.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly infection control protocols and waste management in healthcare settings.
* Familiarity with standards for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in healthcare environments, including biohazard waste disposal.
* Ability to address operational issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Competency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
