Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure all operational policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently implemented.
- Supervise departmental heads and promote effective coordination and teamwork across departments.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and discipline of operational staff.
- Enforce staff compliance with company rules, attendance standards, and workplace policies.
- Monitor service delivery and guest experience, and handle escalated guest complaints professionally.
- Review guest feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor operational expenses and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of hotel or facility operations.
