OPERATIONS MANAGER

A leading FMCG distribution company is seeking a highly competent and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across its distribution network.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing warehouse and distribution activities, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across all business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee end-to-end distribution operations (warehouse, logistics, inventory, and delivery)
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management
• Coordinate fleet and delivery schedules to meet customer demand
• Supervise and manage operations staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for management
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations within FMCG distribution
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
