PACKING PLANT SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Are you a results-driven professional with experience in cement manufacturing and packaging operations? We are seeking a Packing Plant Supervisor  with minimum 5 years experience at a cement plant, or other heavy industry with experience in proper functioning of the entire production value chain to ensure CIMAF Ghana standards and quality requirements are met and maintained at all times, train and coach new employees on packing plant processes, instructions & procedures and follow all company guidelines regarding packaging. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•HND Mechanical Engineering / Industrial background.
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a production technician at a cement plant, or other heavy industry.
•Ensure that packing, weighing and labelling of completed items for shipment or storage are accurately done.

Decisive and action-oriented, coaches on a day-to-day basis, gives development opportunities and good communication skills.
