SWAP STATION SUPERVISOR

WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily operations of the battery swap station.
2. Manage battery inventory and charging cycles.
3. Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
4. Supervise and guide swap station assistants.
5. Maintain operational records and reports.
6. Ensure excellent customer service at the station.
7. Compile comprehensive reports on station productivity, incident logs and resource requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma or HND in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in operations or technical supervision.
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
4. Basic knowledge of electrical or battery systems preferred.
5. Ability to supervise staff and manage station operations.
6. Good communication and reporting skills.
7. Basic understanding of safety procedures.
8. Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
9. Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage.
