PDI SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PDI Supervisor to oversee vehicle inspection processes before customer delivery.  
The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, excellent technical knowledge, and proven leadership in the automobile industry.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Supervise and coordinate all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities  
- Ensure vehicles are inspected, tested, and ready for delivery  
- Monitor quality standards and compliance with specifications  
- Lead and supervise technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks  
- Identify faults and coordinate corrective actions  
- Maintain inspection records and documentation  
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery  

REQUIREMENTS 
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field  
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the automobile industry  
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repairs  
- Proven experience in team supervision  
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills  
- Proficiency in MS Office and automotive diagnostic tools  
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
