We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Retail Sales Officer who doesn't need a ramp-up period. If you already have a personal network of qualified leads and a proven track record of closing vehicle sales quickly, we want to give you the platform, inventory, and backing to maximize your earning potential.
This isn't a role for order-takers. We need a hunter who can activate their pipeline on Day 1 and deliver end-to-end premium customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

You are primarily responsible for driving immediate revenue by tapping into an existing personal network of qualified buyers to secure and close vehicle sales within their first week.

 Managing the entire sales cycle independently, this role covers everything from initial contact and high-touch vehicle presentations to price negotiation, financing coordination, and final delivery. 

Beyond managing immediate leads, the officer must consistently hunt for new retail clients to maintain a rolling weekly and monthly pipeline, provide premium customer service that aligns with the  brand standards, and provide daily activity and pipeline metrics directly to the Head of Sales.


 Requirements
Minimum of Bsc in Marketing, Business Administration and any related courses 

You must have 3 to 5+
 years of verified experience in automobile sales.

Strong communication skill.
