Position Overview
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about events? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Event Center Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to be part of a team that delivers exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
•Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests, managing bookings and inquiries.
•Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records.
Office Management: Oversee office operations.

Qualifications
•Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Preferred Location: Candidates should be located in Adenta and its environs.
