Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and daily operations. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
* Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
* Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
* Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
* Provide general administrative and operational support
*Requirements*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
* 2–4 years experience in an administrative or PA role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
